Somewhere along the way, we stopped asking what we wanted.

We followed the next expected step. School. A degree. A job. And sometimes, even after doing everything “right,” something still didn't feel right.

We learned the answers.

We were taught to get the marks, choose the stream, clear the exam, and keep moving. There wasn't always much room to ask why.

We chose the next step.

A course, a degree, a first job. Sometimes it was our choice. Sometimes it was the safest, clearest, or most expected option.

Then the questions arrived.

Is this for me? Should I switch? What am I actually good at? What if I start again? Questions like these are more common than we admit.

We've asked these questions ourselves.

SprintWorks is being built by a team based in Telangana, bringing together perspectives from product management, recruiting, entrepreneurship, analytics, and bureaucratic and institutional systems.

Our collective experience spans roughly a decade, with exposure to education and employment in India and abroad. We've seen the gap between what people are taught, what work asks of them, and the guidance they wish they had.
